next 2000 f150 performance mod suggestions?

hi i have a 2000 f150 4x2 with the 5.4 liter triton. i have a cold air intake with a K&N high flow filter, a free flowing exhaust with flowmasters shorty headers and an X pipe. i also have a chip (not a tuner) in it. besides electric fans and a lower rear end what other modifications can i make to my truck to get more HP? any suggestions would help
