Newzbin doesn't index single-part binaries, so it ignores images.
Does anyone know of a search engine that does index them?

I could have sworn I tried binsearch.info before. I just searched with a partial filename and sure enough, it came up with the same results as my news reader.

No problem at all. Glad I could be of some assistance.
If you did try it before and it did not list what you searched it could have been that binsearch did not index it yet. I am not sure what time intervals they index but I think it is like every 20 minutes. So what you see in your newsreader VIA header downloads may not be on there right away.
