Hi a little help from a newsleecher user. I'm using version 3.7

I have it set to download into a folder with the came of the group it came from, i.e.

a.b.mma

But if I download a bunch of stuff from the same group it is all in the same folder together.

What I'm wondering is if there is a way for it to create a folder for each download the way a torrent client does. LIke a folder for each movie I download, etc.

Anyone know if this is possible with this app.

I use NewsLeecher v3.9 as my main client and in the settings I am able to set it so that it will automatically download into a folder that is named after the NZB file and it will extract into a folder named after the Archive inside of the folder it was downloaded to

I hope that makes sense haha

Also, it should name them now with folder called whatever the NZB name is...

Also, make sure you have this all checked in the screenshot,enabled,repair,extract,monitor and now re-start....if you have any DL in your queue you will need re-add those par files to the window.

Also the next one is to do this, use the pause for par2 files so they you don't download them unless needed...and you can use extract to different folder to if you want: Screen shot # 3 & 4

Then now you should get a extraction that looks like this: Screen shot 5 & 6, you will have any nfo,sfv's there, and in another folder will be sample and avi, or whatever, etc...

Notice my actual folder name is the name of the NZB and the subfolder is repair/extract sub folder.

Well.. Problem solved! Thats what I was saying... But less graphical.. You definitely one upped me there haha
 
Ok awesome I thought that was just for nzb's. Thank you so much for taking the time. I see some of my options are a little different, I'm using 3.7, I tried 3.9 and it cause all kinds of issued. Couldn't get it registered and it knew that my host file was edited and made me change it to use the app.

Anyways you fixed my issue so thanks again, and thanks for your time uploading so many nzb;s for us!!!!
 
Well you need to change your host back, delete you cache located in:

Users/App Data/Roming and delete NL folder after un install



Now install v3.9, run it and register, all done :)

Holy crap, I just got 3.9 installed, thank you guys so much, auto extract is AWESOME!!! you guys just made my usenet experience that much better. Way stoked right now thanks again!!!!

I really cant wait to see if I can get my hands on a crack for the 4.0 beta's
