Newsleecher idle (transfer scanned) really slow speed.....why?

I thought it was my BB, but I downloaded grabbit to see if it was newsleecher
And whilst I wasnt getting my full 20mb, I was getting a lot more than when I use Newsleecher.

Does anyone know why newsleecher is saying idle transfer scanned.
Is there something wrong with it?

Idle transfer? You setup your servers right and all that? Are you using SSL on one client and not the other? Also, do you have different connection settings? Like how many connections are making to the server? I get full speed with any client I've used.
