Joe was a Communist activist from California angry at the government for bailing out corporations like the Airline industry with his tax money, while the IRS destroyed his life systematically using laws no one can figure out how to actually comply with. Not even the writers of the laws or the IRS agents themselves.
My point is, lies about his being a member of the tea party are put out in the media, they are lies. He was a proponent of communism, and a hater of capitalism. The last part of his last words make that painfully obvious.
