I want to make a fake apoclyptic scenario with actual news footage, popular amoungst movie teasers and video games ill post examples below. What I'm wondering is how the "Fair Use" applies to this? I wont be claiming that footage as mine I will source it at the end but is it legal to do that or do I have to get permission? If i want to use it on a youtube partner account where i make money of the video how does that work?
