Looks like Cricket's expanding again. This time in Del Rio and Eagle Pass Texas. Don't have much more than that but you can tell there really trying to expand there Texas coverage. I'm pretty certain that this is due to the market for Cheap affordable wireless, With standard phones that make phone calls. No date's are set from what i can tell but pretty cool.
 
Does anyone have a date for this yet? I'm sure they're rushing to get this market online due to competition from Pocket Communications. They already had to lower their rates in the San Antonio market to match Pocket's rates. Long-term, I don't think there's room for two low-cost all-you-can-eat providers in the same market, each with a tiny 10 MHz allotment of spectrum. Cricket would be wise to just swallow Pocket and merge their spectrum holdings and customer base.
