Newly added (HD) programming not coming in

Hi folks. Yesterday I added new programming, News and Learn 1, all HD except HD World, and the HD time shifting. I ordered the programming via the net in the morning, then at night since the first time didn't work. I then used Bell chat to add the programming. And this morning, still don't have the new programming. Any idea what's going on before I must call Bell?
 
I've learned the hard way that the only reliable way to add programming is to call and ask them twice to confirm what they are adding.
 
Well, am now receiving the added channels. However, the HD channels look no different than the standard channels. Example, TSNHD looks the same as TSN.

Using 6131 receiver connected with HDMI to Samsumg LED. Am I doing something wrong?
 
You do realize that the programme needs to be HD to see the difference? Not all programming on HD channels is true HD. See the following FAQ:

Also, sometimes not all cameras are HD cameras. Suggest you check out a channel when you know that true HD programming is on - like HDNet if you get it. On TSN you should wait for the programme to be widescreen (fill the HD screen) and then you should notice the difference. Also make sure that you've set up the 6131 STB properly to ouput 720P in the setup menu. Often the default is 480P.

You'll find that there is quite a variation on the quality of the image on the HD channels depending on the source of the programme, cameras used, etc. You'll be able to tell instantly in a few weeks.
