I recently upgraded from an i290 (A very simple 2G phone) to a Sanyo Juno (Which is a cool Blackberry-ish 3G phone) The biggest difference from the two phones being that the i290 was an iDen series phone which basically meant it required a SIM card. The Juno is a CDMA-X series phone which does not require a Sim card.
My problem is this: I love the phone, it's great. I'm not able to return it but I'm pretty sure it has a warranty on it. I haven't been able to receive texts. I can send texts just fine. I just never get any replies.
I called customer service who had me do some sort of reset on my phone but that did nothing. Tech support also says there's nothing they can do. If anyone has any advice, I would appreciate it.
