New Yorkers, What do you think of the MTA fair hike?

I think this is really unfair. I just saw on the news and they wanted to raise unlimited metro cards to 105! Are they trying to rob us or something? Is there anything we can do to stop this? A friend of mine was thinking of a protest.
*fare hike.
