New years eve in New york. Where can I go for dancing (ballroom, not club)?

Looking for a party where I can put on a tux and dance with my lady. Would like adult, upscale, Hors d'ouvres and cocktails, but not a sweaty, loud club with the jersey shore crowd. Not too expensive somewhere in the 200 bucks a head range. Any ideas?
