answers please)? I don't know if anyone has noticed this or not, but when I go to the new Yahoo Mail -> Options -> Mail Options -> Spam -> Blocked Chat IDs, there will be a Blocked List of people who I've blocked from sending me spam chat messages. Anyway, I have now chosen the "Block chat messages from anyone who is not in my Contacts" option, and have decided to get rid of my Blocked List completely, so I removed all of the IDs, clicked Save, and then exited Yahoo Mail.
I come back later, and I look at my Options again, and the Blocked List of IDs has returned! My option to block anyone who is not in my contact list is sometimes saved, and sometimes it is not.
I want to remove this blocked list permanently and keep my option to not let anyone chat with me who is not in my contact list. I have asked Yahoo Help about this, and I get the usual "canned" answer: Please be sure to hit Save when you exit.
I don't want any "canned" answers here. I have hit Save, Exited, come back and the Blocked List returns in new Yahoo Mail. I think the problem is that when I sign in again, my changes are not getting saved across all Yahoo servers, so my old options are being used again.
Does anyone know how to fix this for good, without getting a "canned" answer?
