My boyfriend just got the new iphone last week, and I guess they were telling him about a new upgrade policy. Apparently the "new every two" rule doesn't apply any more and you can get a new phone at any time. Is this true? I just got a phone last year in May, so would I be allowed to get a new phone? What is the catch with this new deal? It sounds too good to be true.
