Started new service - Inspire your device. On this site you may unlock some ZTE MF100 devices.
Currently supported Kyivstar models:ZTE MF 100 (BD_UAKVSP671A1V1.0.0B02)ZTE MF 100 (BD_UAKVSP671A1V1.0.0B01)
Unlocking algo:
1. Register on the site
2. Download Inspire program
3. Try to unlock (it'll take near 1-2 minutes)
4. Reboot modem and enjoy

It is client-server service, so internet connection is required.
 
This thing really works Have ZTE Modem it took me about 15 minutes to complete unlock. Now using Utel operator, works perfectly!
