New to the site, please help!

have been having very bad back pains for quite a while now, it is there pretty much all the time. It hurts when in inhale and a lot when sitting down at work. Also when standing for long perioRAB i get a sharp pain across the right centre of my back and it is agony. The degree of pain changes a lot but sometimes it is quite severe.

Has anyone suffered these symptoms or maybe has an idea of what it could be?
