Hi all,
I've always had nokia's up to now, with a nokia phone you simply use the PC Suite software to update the firmware. To debrand the phone you just need change the product code and the PC Suite software will then download the generic Nokia firmware.
Whats the best way to update\debrand the samsung phones as it seems to require a lot more leg work?
From what i can gather searching around is that you need to manually force flash the firmwares, is this the case everytime you update? - or is that just when you want to flash a generic samsung firmware (as oppose to the crappy vodafone one). If so is there no 'official' way to obtain the latest firmwares?
Sorry for the newb questons or if this info is available on here already, i couldn't find it.
Thanks in advance,
Mark.
