New to riding sport bikes?

Probably the fz6, even though the other two are better for someone whos never ridden a bike before, they will seem slow and boring very quickly. I am about your same size and ride a Z1000 but have been ridding for a while. The 250 ninja and 500 ninja are scooters basically
 
I wanted to get either a yamaha fz6 or the fz6r or the kawasaki ninja 250r or the 500r im 5'11" and weight 200 lbs. which should i get
 
Theres a big difference in the 3 bikes.. The FZ6 is a preformance bike Suggestion....Get the 500r its a fun bike.....
