OK .. I am a freelance designer too .. Web and Graphics ...
1. You need to do some researching before puting any prices.
2. Find out how much professional companies are charging in your area.
3. Try to know how much other freelancers are charging.
4. You dont give prices for websites regarding how many hours .. You first get the contect ..and know how many pages they need .. and what work needs to be done .. then u give the price.

IM me before doing anything .. we need to talk .. will be waiting for yaa ..
Take care

New to Freelance Graphic Designing/HTML-CSS--How much do I charge?
I put an ad offering low cost free lance. I fresh out of school with an associated in Graphic design. I've done one website (my own, school project) But I want to stay busy and put the ad out anyway, to at least get some experience and portfolio pieces. (I go back to school in January)

Problem is, I guess I convinced myself not much would come of it. (I didn't even give examples of my work, thought I'd update my website for later)
Much to my surprise...people want my services!

So here I am, caught off guard, but hey, I got myself in this. Very excited and nervous.

Can you help me figure out what is appropriate to charge for:

Flyers?

Basic Website?

Photo manipulation?

Logo Development?

Charge by the hour for website? By the piece for print design? Flat rates Vs. Hourly?

If you are a professional, I would love to pick your brain on this if possible.
I have my old teachers, that I keep in contact with, but they are sometimes hard to reach.
