Hello, I went to an allergist for the first time this past week because over the past couple of years I have had a few reactions to fooRAB.... itching and swelling of my lips and eyeliRAB. After getting a scratch/prick test I tested positive for allergies to seafood, peanut, and pork. I knew about the seafood one, but I have been eating pork a lot and I have had peanut products here and there. Can anyone explain the fact that I have been eating these fooRAB without any reactions? I am very confused by this.
Also, I've been doing some reading online about these allergies and they say that if you have a peanut allergy, you should avoid legumes and soy???? I eat soy products a lot!! Never had a reaction.... I'm just very confused now. Any advice/ input would help. Thank you!

The best understanding I ever recieved is too imagine you have a vile inside of you that fills up with the toxins or allergens that your system does not like. When it get fill it tips over so that could be in one sitting of food or several days. Now this also can be affect with how well you immune system is on top of thinga are you feeling well or are you run down and need to build yourself up, emotionallly or physically. Hope this helps, My family has been living with allergies all my life and it changes alot so you have to always questions things.
