I posted once on another subject. I have been looking around for a few weeks and my male Buddie friend my brother and law told me to post. I never tell him anything, but i cannot stand going through this alone. and i think being a guy got in my way. However i have seen people thrown off and I am now scared to even post to much as i am afraid i will get thrown of for my free to speak. I wish i could remember the post.
Can I ask is this really strict here. i am not a pushy person, but i am not sure how to go about it, being new and all, i guess honestly I am afraid about how they label you, either newbie, veteran or senior veteran. Do the senior veteran have more clout...I just am very nervous about this whole process because growing up i was not allowed to speak about anything and do not want to be over thrown like others. which i do think had valid points, but maybe i just don't understand the etiquette here. Please help me understand more about how to go about being in a hierarchy that may contribute to how i am perceived.
thank you
