I recently put new tires on my mountain bike. I had the off road style tire and now I have the city bike style tire. The size of my old tires were 26 x 1.95 and my new tires are 26 x 1.75. I've noticed they look like they are spinning a little faster than usual. Is this because of .20 inches of difference?
