New Symptoms. Has anyone else this?

Ive had almost every anxiety symptom in the book. Tonight i had something new happen though. I was just sitting on the couch when all of a sudden i got a shooting pain in my neck, head and in my ears. It was a sharp shooting pain that was just moving between these 3 spots. It scared me pretty bad. This was about an hour ago and i still have a little bit of lingering pain in the upper neck. Has anyone else had this happen? Or should i really be concerned about what was going on?
 
Yepper. All kinRAB of wierd muscular stuff. Anxiety=tension Tension=muscle aches
