New speakers in dodge intrepid only playing base?

I just installed 2 new 4-way speakers into my front door panels and now only base comes out of them. How do i make it that it plays all 4
what do you mean, "Make sure all the speakers have the same lug wired to the ground circuit."

I have also heard it could be becuae of the stock infinity amp in my car, that it sends bass to the doors and tribe to the tweeters
 
It sounds like you are bypassing the crossover circuit that splits the frequencies over the 4 different speaker cones in your 4 way system.
I have also experienced a cancellation of higher frequencies if the speakers are wired out of phase. Make sure all the speakers have the same lug wired to the ground circuit.
