New PS3 games I might like?

I love to play the SIMS games, Final Fantasy games, and Kingdom Hearts. I know that there is a FF game coming out for the PS3. I have heard of a new KH game that will be for the PS3.
(1.) Is there really a KH game coming out for the PS3?
(2.) Is there going to be any SIMS games coming out that will be for the PS3?
(3.) Are there any games for the PS3 that you think I might like if I like the gameplay of the games I have listed?

If you like Tomb Raider both Anniversary and Underworld are available on the PS 3 and they are pretty good games. I have both a 360 and a PS 3 so I've played Bioshock and Dead Space on both and they are definately worth playing. Good luck :)
