New probleme in z150 never seen yet !!!!!

I have samsung z150 when i enter in file manager the phone hang and show this message :'Can't make blue screen due to memory crash. please press * to donload ramdump ' .
is ther any solution for this probleme ?

Try to update firmware... and do a full reset
