new plan prls?

I am in an AWS market with a non AWS phone, no *228 for me.

I just upgraded to the 55 dollar plan, I have a crackberry storm. Did they actually release new prl's?

Can someone please provide some insight?

Just switched over to the $45 plan a few days ago and I did *228 on my droid which changed the PRL from 4399 to 32100.
I pulled the 32100 PRL off the phone.

In my area they are saying they only have 2 plans the 35 and 45 dollar ones

So if you do a *228 in your area arent you supposed to be getting what you paid for? I am having major problems with reception in an area that supposed to be covered but wondering if there is something I can do...
