New Phones for Verizon Wireless?

right now i have a lg voyager and im looking to get a new phone. there are alot of phones out but im wondering when are any new ones coming out. i prefer a smartphone bc i am sick of this phone. i like the droid but there are also some things i dont like about it. If anyone knows of any new phones coming out or can you give me your opinions on some of the phones that are already out, thanks
