New Phone w/Keyboard

Hello,

I'm looking for a new phone, the main requirement is a qwerty keyboard and IMAP email functionality. I've found a couple that are OK, but was wondering if anyone had some suggestions or experiences to share. Any help would be appreciated! I'm on Fido and Rogers in Canada.

Required:

GSM 900 / 1800 / 1900
Decent voice quality
QWERTY keyboard
IMAP email
Unlockable
Some way to synchronize contacts with PC

Really nice to have, but not required (in order of descending importance):

MSN Messenger capability
Wifi
Memory Card Slot (type not important)
MP3 Player
Secure IMAP (TLS or SSL)
