new phone time w/ Verizon...are new phones coming out soon? Also, need advice

I'm currently considering the VX8100, Razr, and Samsung ACH 9500 or whatever it is.

My first requirement is reliability. I've had about 4 V265s and 2 V276 Motos. I'm a little leary of the Razr's reliability because of that.

I currently have a VX6100 which I like a lot except I want bluetooth ability. I like the interface and the attention to detail.

My dad picked up the samsung and likes it, but I've never had a Samsung and don't know anything about them.

I don't care about MP3, or cameras. I just want a solid phone that has good reception/sound quality and isn't as big as a brick. I've heard rumors that Verizon will be releasing new phones this summer. Is that true?

If there is then it will be in july usually is when they comeout with some new models but the e815 is the best over all with reception samsungs are okay my mom uses them. Samsungs 950 I hear cut in and out of calls. read the samsung forums under the verizon ones.
