New Phone(s)

although I sometimes miss my blackberry... the bold 9650 just doesn't interest me too much. If the alltel milestone comes out in a decent time-frame and if it doesn't have that locked down bootloader (ie custom roms are possible) I might have to drop a 1 year contract on it.

How long does it take phones to go from testing to release? Dropping with Froyo? (doubtful)
 
Ugh, ok, Droid X out for me, and so is the Incredible lol. Am I going to stay with Alltel? Depends on whether they will get a Galaxy S phone. I've been really interested in the past week for the Fascinate.

Hmm, the desire could keep me around for another year if it get's released in a reasonable time. But knowing what's left of the shell that is Alltel, This will come out about a month before market switchover.
 
any idea how long till the desire comes? I'm really trying to find a reason to keep my main lines with Alltel lol. I might even go so far as to just get the Hero for the time being.

The Desire looks pretty good too, so... time frame?
 
I was looking at the specs for it, and I too am excited. However, without any sort of time frame, and a looming contract expiration coming in a mere two weeks; I can't help buy wonder if I'll be Alltel or Verizon at the end of this month.
