I see that you really keep up with the news. It's not Allied, it's Alltel. Anyway, I'm finished with you dude. You've proven yourself to be nothing but a troll.

I don't think he understands what the term Fanboy means.

If I was a fanboy, I would be talking up Windows Mobile just like he is BB and not looking forward to switching to Android, a different OS than the one I am using now.

yeah, i hate fanboys.
yeah i cant wait to switch to Android :)
last night i had a dream i had that i got the Hero in the mail an di was play in around with it lol.

I think I am going to stop at radio shack and drool over their display model of the Sprint Hero tonight after work.

I need some AAA batteries anyways. :)

Mod note: Let's tone it down. It's fine to have differing opinions, in fact, that's encouraged. However, when responding, let's keep it civil and respond to the post, not the person.

If you feel someone is trolling, don't respond to them, especially not to call them a troll. Simply report the post, and we'll take care of it.

Thanks! :buddies:

Now, lets get this thing back on track. I was told by a CS rep that the Hero was supposed to go on sale april 29th (tomorrow). I called again today and spoke to a rep that didn't seem to know anything about it. At this point, I'd be very surprised if it shows up tomorrow. I just hope they don't push it to the end of May.

if they were smart, theyd price it $150 or less..
but, if they do price it $200 or more, im going straight to the Droid Eris.

Especially since the Droid Eris is basically the same phone and sells for $80 with a 2-yr contract and $150 with a 1-yr contract.

Edit: Ha! Just noticed that if you go through Amazon you can get the Droid Eris for 1 cent! LOL :hehehe:

Hopefully they are willing to make a statement to their existing and potential customers and offer this "new" phone for $100 or less.
