Hi everyone, how is everyone? after having a microdicsectemey, and a fusion. The fusion was done in july of last year, I had a new MRI done, these were the results. Mild posterior broad based disk bulg, Posterior laminectomy defect is present at this levil. there is mild narrowing of the neural foramina bilaterally. Some enhancing scar tissue seen posterior to the thecal sac. It extenRAB along the right and left lateral aspects of the thecal sac and appears to encase the exiting nerve roots. Mild degenerative disk disease at the L4-L5 level with mild to moderate encroachment upon neural foramina. Enhancing scar tissue At the L5-S1 level encases the thecal sac and exiting nerve roots. If anyone can help with the results please respond, am i headed for another surgerey or not? please help.

LOL...

That was my question also. Where was your fusion? There isn't much that can be done about scar tissue. If they remove it it usually tenRAB to come back worse than before..
