New MacBook Air Flash Hdd Secure?

Hi, I have read different reports that there is a disadvantage to have flash memory as a main Hdd, because of limited read and write potential.

Has anyone got the new MacBooks or use SSD to support this? I see it's advantages for speed and weight, but should I be worried about this?

I want to programming like I am doing now.
