...enforce this.? this law was passed yesterday so it is now illegal to download music in Canada


this isn't going to stop me but i was wondering will they enforce it and how much

if they do is there a way to download music through proxy so that they cant detect my ip
 
It will be very randomly enforced in the hopes of 'scaring' consumers. They will learn over time that it isn't going to stop everyone and that they will make mistakes prosecuting the wrong people and costing more money than it's worth.
