Theres a new IM program on the way called Mundo IM, its currently available for WM and Palm devices. Ive tried it on my brothers WM phone and its very nice with lots of good features. Defenatly a Agile Messenger beater and the best thing is you can buy it for a one of price of $11.

The guys at Mundo are currently working on a Symbian version of Mundo IM and you can sign up for updates on this.

Check it out here - https://messenger.mundu.com/index.php

Yeah this actually looks real promising. I'd be happy to pay $11 bucks for a nice s60 univeral client.

P.S. I use aim, the only client that isn't way overpriced is JonnyChat, and although it works fine, a full featured client would be nice.

Sorry i dont have a clue when its supposed to be ready, ive emailed them and will post here if i hear anything back!

Heres the manual if ya fancy having a look - http://messenger.mundu.com/support/php/mundu_IM_Smartphone_user_guide.pdf

The free Java ones dont really interest me im afraid, i like the .sis ones like agile as you get the kinda features i need. Only thing is i dont like paying ongoing for agile so this mundo looks perfect for me!

When I had my Palm TX, Mundo is what I used for IM software. It seriously was the greatest bundle app I purchased for the Palm.

Hopefully it will work on the n95.

I recieved an email back from them:

Dear Ryan,

We thank you for your interest in mundu Interoperable Messenger.
Our developers are working towards adding support for different models and platforms. However, we will not be able to commit on a time-line. We shall keep you updated on its release.
