Okay, I have a pain pill problem. I thought untreated add and hard to treat depression was the reason I kept using, so got on adderall. I of course immediately took more than I was supposed to. I am now out and it's been four days. (got 20, 20mg ir on monday...three and a half were not taken by me--another subject). Anyway, I really want to give this a good go. My question is this....any tips on helping myself stick to the script? I'm weaning off cyrabalta to get back on wellbutrin which helped me more....will the two together lessen the need for me to take more than prescribed you think? By the way, it's been five days sober from opiates. I'm sure you've caught that timing....I guess I already know I'm replacing one thing with another.....anyone have any advice or thoughts? Thanks in advance. (and of course, no the doc does not know about the pain pill thing)

Well, you are ducking and dodging as fast as you can. It is hard to change but it is even harder to stay messed up. The lies a person tells themself and the games that we play...It would help if you did not share your script for one. Why is your depression hard to treat? Do you still think you have ADD? How did you react to the adderall? Getting off opiates is no easy task so I am proud of you for that regardless if you are substituting or not. What were you on?
