I recently bought a headset from bestbuy, a platronics audio 355, and after several attempts I just couldn't get them working. I've tried everything I can think of, updating drivers, checking the BIOS, sound settings, etc. The only thing I'm not sure of is in the device manager, a yellow ? appears next to SM Bus controller, which to my knowledge doesn't affect sound, but it's the only thing that is out of order in the device manager. I looked for the drivers for the controller but to no avail. I have an Asus P5Q PRO Motherboard (Socket 775), running Windows MCE 2002 SP3. Best answer to whomever tells me how to get my headset up and running.
