I had an MRI last week, and will have to wait two weeks to see my neurologist due to my work schedule. I had dizziness, nausea, fatigue and vertigo for over a month.
The results show a prominent vein adjacent to the frontal horn of the left ventrical which could represent a small developmental venous anomaly.
Tiny foci of increased T2 signal in the cerebral hemispheres. This could represent minimal microvascular ischemic changes.
Can someone tell me what does this mean?
