Some losers live in their garage everyday...and night..keeping me up and probably everyone else in my apartment complex. All they do is start their hogs and make noise...this area is now a bike shop..wtf! what 2 do? Shoot em...?
 
Whew, the heat must really be gettin to ya. Don't shoot them. You're probably just going to hate where you live from now until you move. It seems to me like there is nothing you can do about people like that because they really really really are obsessed with their bikerness. I'm not saying that about all bikers, people! Just the rude ones who think they own the friggin road, ride the center line so I practically have to drive on the shoulder to avoid hitting them. Staggered riding STAGGERED people! (I live up by Sturgis...thank gawd the Rally's OVER)
 
They are very noisy - I sympathize. They have a right to be there and have friends over, same as anyone else. But the noise must stop at a certain time at night.
Call your local police and tell them about the excessive noise after dark.

It is the same as a very noisy party in progress. They will inform them that the neighborhood would like it quiet after a certain time. That is about all you can do.
