New guy...........New question

Hey everyone. Love the forum here. I have a question and it probably sounds stupid but oh well. Ok so I think my c50 is to quiet so I drilled 8 - 1/2 holes in the exhaust plate. Still to quiet. I am considering debaffleing the bike like everyone has one here but am worried it will be to loud. So my question is has anyone ever just debaffled 1 of the mufflers? I know it really sounds stupid but I have to ask. thanks for any input.

Nope don't do it then your cylinders will require different settings for fuel and air, one will run hotter then the other. Nope not a good idea.

Thanks for the input. makes perfect sense to me. I think I am going to de-baffle tomorrow. after reading all the posts everyone says they always started out by drilling holes and then it is just a matter of time before you de-baffle. So yeah I am doing it tomorrow,

Welcome, There is a procedure to debaffle posted by Dr.Bob that looks really good. I think it's for the S50, but it's worth a look.

debaffled this weekend. I LOVE THE SOUND....The performance is better also. Went on a long trip with some buddies who had some harleys and I could hear mine just fine. Thanks for everything guys.
