Due to my work every while I get to have some cheap bikes available to me. I have not owned bikes for a long time and am by no means a pro mountain biker but wanted to get into it as a side interest. I have available a gt sanction, it's olive drab green and has NO series number(example being 3.0). I can get it for $500 it's new with some light shipping scratches. What does this bike normally go for and your opinions on it? Most importantly if I go to resell this in good used condition what should I expect to get? Should I get this bike?
