New fish not eating....!!!?

Btw does that I mean overfed the neons...?
Ok so I have about 11 neon and 7 of them are in the baby net....and 4 are outside. So I got five new fish...so that means there are currently 9 fish. 3 of the new fish red phantom tetra....and 2 of them....I can't remember the name but its like long,orange,stays on the bottom and can suck (or stick) to the wall with its mouth. So I was feeding them and then the neon fish only reponded by eating the food...SO I was then I put another pinch of food for the red phantom, because they weren't paying attenion...so the neon went to the top AGAIN to get food...and I think like 1 red phan. responded. So I put the tiniest pinch for the red phantom and the orange fish (which I STILL don't know the name of..) and they don't rise to get the food so will they get the food.....cause my cousin said they aren't used to their atomsphere yet so.....I'm worried if the orange fish and the red phan. will get food...I basically freaking out....
All my fish are tetras....so they'll get along....even if they are small...

They will eat when they are hungry. They can easily bottom feed from the gravel if it comes to that. You have a community fish aquarium and they generally all get along, so the threat level is low. That is not to say the smaller fish are altogether safe tho.
