Ok i got back from the petshop about an hour ago and my dad and I bought to start off with untill monday 3 Tiger barb fish and 2 mickey mouse platies. We waited about an hour before putting them in their new tank. We had them in the bags sitting in the water to help get used to it and after an hour since the temperature at the petshop was only one degrees higher than the temperature in ours then we let them go. The fish seem to be keeping in their little groups for now swimming around and playing not paying attention to the other fish outside of their group. But on monday we will go get about 4 more tiger barbs and about 3 platies. [the tank is a 30 gallon with just the new fish in it] So any advice on these two fish would be great.!
