New Facebook profile's tagged photo row?

In the new Facebook profile, can I hide the row of tagged photos at the top? If not, can I choose which photos appear in it or hide certain photos from appearing in it? *I mean without hiding them altogether, I still want them visible to everyone in my regular photos, but not at the top of the page like that*
