Your Question
Texas lemon laws or Arbitration?
I bought a new 2010 Ram 4x4 was $40,000 and once home i noticed the paint was dull in places, i took it to a detail shop and it was brought to my attention the paint has problems so i went back to dealer with in 30 days time and dealer sent it to body shop, shop owner told me the truck was re-clear coated that the problem was a overspray and a Flashing of paint, he buffed it out and warned me to watch it for a re flashing, well 30 days later the problem came back, dealer is no help...so i called DODGE and filed a case now i am not getting much help, CAN I NOW FILE A LEMON LAW case in the courts? The repair would be to totaly re-paint the truck this would lower the market value and my ability to resell it for good price. Now the breaks are going bad, the truck lost brakes twice and deals says "no code on computer NO PROBLEM!" what should i do?
