I have had my N93 for 2 weeks now and it is working great. However I did have trouble when I bought a cheap 2Gig card from Fry's. The phone locked up all the time especially in video mode. For the logest time I thought it was the phone. I was about to drive back to the Nokia store and return it. Then I figured to get the phone to it original state to see what was going on. Once I put the 128MB memory card it was back to normal. So I went back to Fry, exchanged the memory card for a 2Gig made by Scandisk and the phone works great now. Maybe it is your memory card?
