It's brand new out of the box, all updated and ready to go. Yet it won't play any music files on the computer, or any videos online. What could be the problem?!?
PC Details:
It's a Dell Studio 1747, 4GB's or RAM, 500GB Hard drive, Intel i7-720 Quad core processor with Windows 7
Additional Details
It won't play any media files. There's the windows chime at boot up, and log off....but nothing else. Won't play video or music files!
