Two Penn State administrators facing new charges they hushed up child sexual abuse allegations against Jerry Sandusky are about to be arraigned in a central Pennsylvania district court.
The Friday proceeding was scheduled for Tim Curley and Gary Schultz, while the university's former president Graham Spanier isn't due in court until next week.
Curley is on leave while he serves out the final year of his employment contract. Schultz is retired as vice president for business and finance.
They're facing new charges of endangering the welfare of children, obstruction and conspiracy. Spanier's charges are perjury, obstruction, endangering the welfare of children, failure to properly report suspected abuse and conspiracy.
All three are accused of covering up the Sandusky scandal, giving him time and access to attack additional boys.
