New carbon racing bike.I can spent up to 3200$?

I would like to change my old allu bike with an new one.I would like a good carbon frame very hard and not too heavy.Also i would like it to have something better than shimano 105(for example ultegra sl)an the MOST important is to have good wheels something better than mavic ksyrioum sl like zipp 202 or 303.I would like to tell me exactly where to bike the bike because i have searched a lot and i have get confused(i dont want to say me only the brand but where to buy it with the prise stated above)Thanks a lot!
 
Congrats on having such a liberal budget for a bicycle.

If I were spending that much money I'd for sure do it with a local bike shop that I trusted. If you don't already have a good relationship with a local dealer, best shop around and cultivate one. Surest way to end up with exactly what you want, and better, avoid stuff you don't want.

Another source of good info would be local bike club(s.)
