New C50T today!!!

Congrats on the new C50T, I agree, that is one sweet ride, I had a Honda last year, in the summer I had a chance to ride my brothers Suzuki Volusia, same as C50T and now I'm selling the Honda because Santa brought me a Suzuki, albeit, it is the C90T, but it is still a Suzuki and they seem to make a awesome product.

Cheers from the great white north, Yellowknife, NT. Canada

Geeezzz, another blast from the past. When will you guys learn that color does not make a bike fast. Chrome=smooth and shiny=faster than any paint.

How are you liking the C90T? Our local dealer has a couple of left overs, and would probably make me a great offer, if I showed any interest. He says he can't give them away, which I've never understood. I know the fuel tank is a bit on the small side, but I've talked to a couple other folks who say the C90 turns in 46-50 MPG while back roading.

Bud, my Ci90T does 50 mpg consistantly with no probem. I cruised at 85 down the interstate one night and got 48.9, so they're really good on gas. I changed my pipes, got a K & N filter, and installed a new fuel controller, and now I get between 48 and 49 mpg, no problem. I have to add - it gave it much more power, too.

I picked up my C50C yesterday, and now my wife does not like this forum. :)

I had to change out a pair of gloves at the dealership, and since I just got my '02 Shadow a couple of months ago I thought I would look at what is out there so when I upgrade in a couple of years I know what I want. Because of what I have seen on this forum I wanted to look at the C50 and C90. That is all it took, I was hooked. I was not even in the market to buy yet.

I feel what the other bike makers offer for the same price as the C50 Suzuki gives their customers a great deal. Who else offers a cruiser with FI, floorboards, heel toe shifter, shaft drive, fuel gauge, clock, etc.. for $7,000, and the ride is great.
